Connecting with the Next Generation

A Nationwide Survey of Children and Youth in Singapore

Singapore Skyline

A nationwide survey of children and youth was conducted from 2014 – 2015 to understand the current state of ministry to Singapore’s children and youth. One of the main goals of the survey was to develop an “asset map” which will identify and describe the current scope and nature of ministry to children and youth in churches, para-church groups and other organisations. This asset mapping seeks to provide a baseline understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of children and youth ministry in Singapore, as well enable local churches and Christian organisations to make strategic decisions in the development of new programmes and the effective allocation of ministry resources.

Survey highlights include:

  • How churches are connecting with their Children and Youth.
  • The top 5 ways churches are leveraging technology to reach Children and Youth.
  • See the list of most influential and effective organisations ministering to children and youth.
